Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Kirloskar brand Compressor, Equipment & Spares sales
  • Responsible for creating, developing and implementing sales initiatives, in the Industrial compressor & Spares market, that will lead to development of new accounts, increase revenues and margins. Penetrate targeted customer accounts, develop customer profiles, marketing and sales plans, create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects, develop and deliver proposals, participate in contract reviews and monitor overall sales success.
  • Understand industry requirements based on market, customer requirements, generate proposals and convert them into wins to help us achieve yearly sales targets
  • Develop and conduct potential and existing customer presentations to attract new business
  • Work with Business Development team to develop sales tools, support trade shows, and identify new solution and product opportunities
  • Identify and develop profiles of potential new accounts and create opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects
  • Identify and develop strategic competitor analysis and plans to counter competitors activities with targeted accounts
  • Responsible for complete Presales, Order acquisition, Order execution along with internal resources and Payment collection.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Profile

  • Any Engineering Product Equipment or Spares Sales Experience like Bearings, Pump spares, motors, Compressors spares, Welding electrodes, power tools, industrial consumables etc.
  • Must have handled various industrial Customers in the State of AP/Telangana /Karnataka.
  • Should have handled a team of 3-5 people.
